1.  Non-Refundable Donations

All donations to The Guidepost are final and non-refundable. Once made, they cannot be reversed or refunded under most circumstances.

2. No Refunds for Special Fundraising or Campaign Donations

​​​​​Donations made as part of specific fundraising campaigns or projects are final and non-refundable, even if the fundraising goal is not met or the project is modified.

2.  Accidental Donations

If a donation is made in error, please contact us within 24 hours. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review each case individually and work with you to offer an appropriate solution.

3.  Tax-Exempt Status

Donations made to The Guidepost are considered charitable contributions and may be tax-deductible according to the applicable tax laws. Please consult with a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donation.
